“Called them July 3rd at 3pm from Austin with rock chip “running” across my lower windshield. Kind lady found a window guy who was waiting for me 30 minutes later, fixed the chip in my glass and I am back on the road $90 less than Safelite in South Austin off Starkey! Incredible service. Highly recommend!”
“My hub snapped driving back to Houston from Austin and Bert showed up on the scene. He was friendly and polite and knew exactly what to do. He worked quickly and efficiently I believe in the situation we were in. As a customer and someone who has been in the automotive world I couldn't expect him to get done any faster then what he did. If I ever need another tow when I am over in that area I will definitely be asking for BERT!!! Btw I have a 7 inch lifted truck and no damage was done what so ever. Called in regards to an abandoned vehicle I needed towed from one of my properties. They answered within a couple rings, took some basic info, and within 10 minutes I had a tow truck on-site. Operator was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked with me to move the vehicle from a tight spot.
I thought it might cost me a chunk of change to get the vehicle towed but it didn't, took all of about 5-8 minutes to load it up, and one signature. Total process took less than 30 minutes from picking up my phone to the vehicle being gone, and I thought it would take me a few days to get it figured out.

They did a great job with my new windshield, and sent me home with written instructions on how to take care of the windshield for the first 24 hours (rolling windows down when parked, up when driving, etc.) which was very helpful.”
